Can we communicate and approve the project remotely?
Yes. International teams can share plans, brand files and feedback digitally, with meetings and project communication handled in English.
Should we contact you before our floor plan is final?
Yes. The exhibition, provisional size and dates are enough for an early feasibility conversation. A final proposal will still depend on confirmed dimensions and scope.
Can we send an existing 3D design or technical package?
Yes. Send the available drawings and visuals so we can assess local production, venue compatibility and missing technical information.
Where should large files be sent?
Email the project contact with a secure transfer link. Include the company, fair and stand size in the message so the files can be matched to the correct request.
