Producing in Turkey removes international freight and customs from the stand structure itself. It also keeps the factory, installation crew and project contact close to Istanbul’s main exhibition venues, making quality checks and practical adjustments easier to manage.
Local does not mean generic. The scope can range from modular and hybrid systems to fully custom wooden environments with integrated product displays, meeting areas, storage, lighting, graphics and AV preparation.

Can you manufacture a design prepared by our international agency?
Yes. We can review an existing concept, identify production or venue issues, develop technical details and manufacture it locally once scope and feasibility are agreed.
Which Turkish venues do you serve?
Projects can be delivered at major venues in Istanbul and across Turkey. Istanbul work commonly involves TÜYAP Fair Convention and Congress Center and Istanbul Expo Center; access and technical requirements are reviewed per event.
How early should we contact you?
The earlier the better, particularly for custom stands. Schedule depends on design complexity, approval speed, production capacity and venue installation dates. Share the fair date even if the brief is not complete.
What is normally included in a turnkey stand?
A turnkey scope can include design, technical development, production, graphics, lighting preparation, transport, installation, handover and dismantling. Furniture, AV, utilities and organiser charges are confirmed separately in the proposal.
What do you need to prepare a meaningful proposal?
