Istanbul’s exhibition calendar attracts international exhibitors across automotive, food, textiles, furniture, jewellery, healthcare, construction and industrial technology. Each event brings its own organiser manual, access plan, service deadlines and installation window.
A local contractor connects the approved design with those operational realities. We coordinate the build package, manufacture in Istanbul and manage the team responsible for installation and handover.

TÜYAP Fair Convention and Congress Center and Istanbul Expo Center are the city’s two principal trade fair locations. Hall access, vehicle scheduling, contractor documentation, electrical services, height limits and build periods vary by event and must be checked against the current manual.
Our role is to surface these requirements early, integrate them into technical planning and keep production decisions aligned with the actual route to the show floor.

The on-site crew assembles, coordinates services, resolves snags and prepares the stand for handover.
Post-show dismantling
Removal is planned within the organiser’s breakdown window, with reusable elements handled as agreed.

Yes, projects can be delivered at both venues. Requirements are event-specific, so the current organiser manual and contractor deadlines must be reviewed for every fair.
Can you manage a project while our team remains abroad?
Yes. Documents, brand files, approvals and meetings can be coordinated remotely in English, with the local team managing production and on-site delivery.
Who orders electricity, internet, water or rigging?
Responsibility varies by event and commercial scope. Some services must be ordered directly from the organiser or appointed supplier; we identify coordination needs and clarify who will place each order.
Can you build from our agency’s drawings?
Yes, after a production and venue feasibility review. Missing technical information can be developed as part of the agreed scope.
May we visit the factory?
A factory visit can be discussed by appointment when it is useful for the project stage and production schedule.
