Price is influenced by far more than area: design complexity, height, materials, custom furniture, graphics, lighting, AV, installation hours, venue access, utilities and dismantling all affect the final scope.

What is included in stand rental?
It depends on the proposal. A turnkey package can include design, system structure, selected custom elements, graphics, lighting, furniture, transport, installation and dismantling. Utilities and organiser fees are normally identified separately.
Can a rental stand still look custom?
Yes. Hybrid design can combine rented structural systems with project-specific graphics, counters, displays, lightboxes and feature elements.
Is rental always cheaper than buying?
Not always. It is often efficient for one-off events, but repeated use of stable custom assets may make ownership or a reusable programme more economical over time.
How early should rental availability be checked?
As early as possible. Exhibition dates create concentrated demand for systems, furniture and installation crews, while custom elements still require design approval and production time.
What happens to custom graphics after the fair?
Ownership, storage, disposal or return of project-specific elements is defined in the commercial scope before production.
