PREMIUM CUSTOM PRODUCTION
Wooden Exhibition Stands
Architectural stands with custom forms, refined surfaces and integrated details manufactured by our Istanbul production team.
EDITORIAL OVERVIEW
The material system behind highly customised stands.
“Wooden stand” is an industry description for custom-built exhibition architecture using engineered boards, timber-based construction and associated materials. The finished environment may also include metal, glass, acrylic, fabric, printed graphics, lightboxes and specialist coatings.
Its advantage is creative freedom. Walls, ceilings, counters, product displays and sculptural features can be produced to a specific geometry and finish, allowing the stand to feel closer to a temporary showroom than a standard exhibition system.
THE STRATEGIC VIEW
Quality depends on detailing—not the label “wooden”
Two wooden stands can look very different. Surface preparation, joints, edge details, paint and laminate quality, integrated lighting, graphic alignment and on-site finishing determine whether the result feels premium.
Our process connects design decisions with workshop reality. Material choices are considered against appearance, weight, assembly, maintenance, venue rules, installation time and the intended life of each component.
SERVICE SCOPE
What the project can include.
Custom joinery
Counters, cabinets, shelving, plinths and displays are designed around products and operational use.
Architectural forms
Curves, portals, suspended-looking features and strong brand silhouettes can be developed beyond a modular grid.
Surface finishes
Paint, laminate, veneer-look surfaces, textiles and graphic treatments establish the required level of refinement.
Integrated lighting
Ambient, feature and product lighting are planned with access, cable routes, heat and on-site connections considered.
Mixed materials
Metal, glass, acrylic, fabric and digital media can be coordinated with the primary wooden construction.
Factory quality control
Key dimensions, finishes and assembly logic are checked before transport to reduce avoidable show-floor issues.
A CONTROLLED DELIVERY ROUTE
A controlled route from detail to installation
- 01
Define architecture and finish level
The brief establishes form, product display, meeting needs, material expectations and budget priorities.
- 02
Develop buildable details
Dimensions, joints, panels, services, graphics and lighting locations are coordinated.
- 03
Approve samples and visuals
Critical colours, textures and visual elements are confirmed where the project requires them.
- 04
Manufacture in Istanbul
Elements are cut, assembled, finished and prepared for transport according to the production schedule.
- 05
Install and finish on site
The crew assembles the structure, completes connections and details, then prepares it for handover.

PRACTICAL ANSWERS
Frequently asked questions.
Are wooden stands suitable for every budget?
They are usually chosen for design freedom and finish quality rather than the lowest initial cost. A modular or hybrid system may be more appropriate when speed and economy are the main priorities.
Which materials are used?
The exact specification varies. Engineered wood boards may be combined with timber, metal, glass, acrylic, textiles, printed graphics, paint, laminates and lighting components.
How are venue fire and safety rules handled?
Requirements vary by venue and event. Material documentation, structural limitations, electrical rules and organiser submissions should be reviewed against the current technical manual before production.
Can a wooden stand be reused?
Selected components can be designed for reuse, but full reuse depends on storage, transport, future dimensions and how the original construction is engineered.
How long does production take?
Timing depends on size, complexity, finish level and approval speed. Contact us as soon as your floor plan and exhibition date are available.
