A 72 m² wooden exhibition stand for Akeso Motors at Motobike Istanbul 2025, designed around electric vehicle displays, clear brand visibility and visitor meetings.
DESIGN APPROACH
An open setting for electric mobility products
Akeso Motors’ stand at Motobike Istanbul 2025 was developed around the presentation of its electric vehicles and mobility products. Across a 72 m² footprint, the design combined open display areas with clear branded surfaces so that visitors could understand the product range and approach the exhibits from different angles.
Wooden stand elements, controlled lighting and prominent Akeso branding gave the display a consistent architectural setting. The completed photographs show vehicle exhibits alongside a dedicated meeting area, with wall graphics supporting the company’s product communication.
Vehicle displays create different planning requirements from small products on shelves. Product dimensions, access for visitors and the relationship between the exhibits and the meeting tables must be considered together. In this project, the display and conversation areas were arranged to support both product inspection and contact with the exhibiting team.
The gallery contains real photographs of the delivered stand, rather than unlabelled concept imagery. International exhibitors planning a motorcycle, automotive or mobility event can use the project to assess our wooden exhibition stand services and discuss a layout for their own products.

Delivering a 72 m² wooden stand in Istanbul
Design, production and installation were coordinated around the stand’s footprint and Akeso Motors’ product presentation requirements. The project was delivered at Istanbul Expo Center for Motobike Istanbul, held from 12 to 15 March 2025.
